2- Drafting and signing the PAREX contract with the applicant
- After completing the initial form, we will prepare a service contract detailing the work process and our obligations. You will familiarize yourself with the contract, sign it, and then we will officially begin our collaboration to obtain your residence permit.
- Gathering additional information from the applicant: After signing the contract, we will proceed to accurately collect your data and information.
3- Filling out the forms

8- Timeline of the residency acquisition process
- Before traveling to Italy: After receiving the complete applicant documents, it takes 3-4 months for the PAREX group to obtain the necessary documents and permits from the Italian government for the applicant’s travel, so that the applicant can enter the country after receiving the visa from the Italian embassy in Iran.
- After traveling to Italy: Within a maximum of 8 days after the applicant’s entry into Italy, the residence application is registered, and a legal document called “Ricevuta” is issued for the applicant and their family members. With the issuance of this document, legal residency in Italy begins, and a date for fingerprinting is immediately set. The first residence card is issued one month after fingerprinting.
