Residence in UK through SKILLED WORKER
Due to a labor shortage, England offers work permits to thousands of employment seekers each year. With a work invitation from an English employer who holds a UK government sponsorship license, you can obtain UK work residence for the period specified in the invitation, and we at PAREX can apply for those with suitable educational and work records, allowing you and your family to obtain UK residence.
This strategy requires you to invest a certain amount in the chosen organization, which varies depending on the type of job and the employer. The applicant works 3 to 4 hours each day in person for the company and receives a salary of £26,000 in the first year. The applicant can work another part-time employment for himself. The original contract is for one year. At the end of the first year, depending on the applicant’s background and work experience, he/she can find a new position without investment from another employer who has a sponsorship license and extend his/her stay. If the applicant or his/her spouse is unable to find work, extend their stay, or adjust their stay in any other way, the employment contract with the previous employer might be renewed by repeating the initial terms.
